Organization

Following the April 2026 restructure, Dapper Labs merged with Flow Core (formerly Flow Foundation) into a single company. Flow Foundation retains a 0-5 FTE governance entity. Total headcount: ~90 people.

Seasonal Focus Shifts

April-June: Core collectibles team goes heads-down on NBA Playoffs. Disney runs independently (Spencer + Sarah). Post-playoffs, core team absorbs Disney as NBA goes to maintenance. NFL ramps September.
